Hemp Well Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy

At Hemp Well, we are committed to fostering a fair and equitable marketplace for all our valued resellers. To ensure that our products are promoted in a manner that upholds their value and integrity, we have established this Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP). All Hemp Well resellers are required to comply with this policy to maintain a mutually beneficial partnership.

Policy Guidelines:

• Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): Hemp Well products cannot be advertised for sale at a price less than 18% off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). This ensures that our products are promoted at a fair and consistent value.

• Inclusion of MSRP: Resellers are obliged to prominently display the MSRP alongside the discounted price in all advertisements. This transparency helps customers understand the true value of Hemp Well products.

• Duration of Discounts: Discounts on Hemp Well products, advertised below the 18% off MSRP, cannot run for more than 30 consecutive days on the reseller’s website unless expressly permitted in writing by Hemp Well. Any exceptions must be obtained in advance and in writing from Hemp Well.

• Pricing Platforms: This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, printed materials, and any other promotional channels used by resellers.

• Enforcement: Hemp Well reserves the right to monitor the advertised prices of its products through various means, including online and print advertisements. Non-compliance with this policy may result in various actions, including but not limited to warnings, the suspension of reseller accounts, or termination of the business relationship.

• Modification of Policy: Hemp Well reserves the right to modify or update this MAPP policy at its discretion. Resellers will be notified of any changes in writing, and it is the responsibility of resellers to remain informed and adhere to the most current policy.
